Any place to watch all the Turtle Tip shorts?

Were all the Turtle Tip shorts ever uploaded to youtube? Does anyone know how many there were in total and where to see them?

As we know Lionsgate didn't put them on DVD, so I wonder where to see them.

There were a total of at least 19 according to the two Youtube compilations. I have them in my custom OT discs. They would air in place of the credits of the first episode of each hour during Seasons 4-6 on CBS. I'm surprised that there weren't anymore based upon the children's Random House book "ABC's For a Better Planet".
