Wild theory about Karai

I originally thought of this a few episodes back. Now, I dont really expect this, but its fun to speculate.
When Splinter gave April her weapon originally intended for his daughter, now deceased (or so we believe) is when I thought of this.
Now, we are all under the impression that Splinter and his family were attacked by Shredder and only Splinter made it out alive.
An earlier episode I remember Shredder reminding Karai about what Splinter “did to them” ...
my theory is this...
Karai and Splinters daughter Miwa are one and the same.
Shredder adopted her instead of killing her.

wow, of course this has already been discussed.... leave no rock unturned. now i remember why its been so long since i posted... you have to do tons of reseach b4 you can bring up anything... thanks for the link btw jester

Even wilder theory, Your right. Shredder renamed her after his sister. Her "Aunt" Karai shows up next season and is the Karai we all know and love.
This young lady gets dosed with mutagen....after having a run in with Leo.

Wala...New girl turtle. lol But seriously, I suspect Karai's back story is as has been guessed by many. We will know for sure before you know it.

well, InsaneZane, I guess when it comes to that "plot twist" in particular. It has just been established fact on this forum for a while.

Some had the notion all the way from the very first episode, before Karai even appeared. And the more we see of her, the more and more evident it just is that she is.

So well.. not a theory any longer, fact. All that really remains is to reveal how the show is going to deal with the fact ones it come up.

And well, if you re-watch the episodes with that in mind, it just becomes insanely obvious. Good thing it is indeed just a childrens show, so it's oki we saw the plot twist coming a mile away. As long as the show deal with it probably, i'm okay with it.
