Yes, its obvious Don is skinnier and taller, while Mike is the shortest and bit younger looking. Leo is "standard" while Raph has a tougher look.

Hmm. I know Donnie is the lankiest, but his muscles seem a bit understated here compared to the cartoon.
And damn, Raph is ripped. Someone on Tumblr once said she had a crush on Donnie when she was five years old, but now she has a crush on Raph's arms. now i stare at his arms instead of watching the action, although i wouldn't call it a crush...
