What food are you going to eat while watching the finale?

For me, it will be a $5 hot-n-ready Little Caesars pepperoni pizza. I associate this with the Turtles because it's a standard pepperoni pizza...just like on the show.

Also, even during the 90s turtlemania, it never sat right with me that Pizza Hut was the tie-in chain. Pizza Hut was by no means cheap until very recently, the Turtles would have wanted more bang for their sewer-collected change.

(On a practical level, compared with the other major chains, the taste is also much, much less oily.)

Nothing.

No food, no drink. I'm not doing anything that could make me have to go during the show. Taking no chances.

I'm most likely going to eat pizza for a late dinner, of course..if not though, I'll have some Totino's Pizza Rolls. I'll also be having some kettle corn with M&M's in it, and POSSIBLY some TMNT fruit snacks (if I don't have a stomach ache by then ). I'm so excited.....BOOYAKASHA!

It is the finale of the first season of the new show for a new generation...we're making TMNT history here...one does not simply NOT celebrate with snacks

My Walmart didn't have the fruit snacks, so IDK. That kind of ruined the whole thing for me.

Check your local grocery stores, that's where I usually tend to see them.

Hate to break it to you, but Little Caesars is not pizza by any means. You're better off with a frozen pizza if you can't just go to a real pizzaria.

Anyway, I will definitely attempt to get a pie for the finale.

*high five*

Actual pizza will be on my menu, probably from my local shop or Two Boots (which is also local but has fun toppings). Drink will probably be something like a Monster coffee or Amp because I am addicted to caffeine.

Now that I think of it I might swing by the pizzeria that was in TMNT II over on Prince just to make my evening a bit more TMNT-y

I'd love to find those fruit snacks. I will be looking for them today hand tomorrow

Well I'm in a bad situation because we are having some major renovations done to a bathroom on Thurs that is supposed to take "all day" now, does all day mean "done before 8pm" we'll see... but by hell or high water I will be watching the finale, noise or no noise!

Current plan is to try and arrange a pizza... frozen if necessary. I've already said earlier in another thread my fav pizza place is also undergoing renovations (yeah... wicked timing) so they aren't open this week.

I haven't had Little Caesars since about... 1999 or so. I remember liking it as a kid. I wonder if they changed anything since back then? I only hear bad things these days but I only have good memories of it. Granted, yeah I was a kid, but It certainly looked and tasted like pizza.

They definitely did change it somehow. I liked it quite a lot as a kid as well. Now, it's straight nasty.

I concur, regardless of all the criticism. Little Caesar's Hot-and-Ready certainly isn't the caviar of the pizza world, but it's basic enough to serve its purpose. The only thing I might want more than that is a panzerroti. It's like a pizza, with awesome toppings, folding in half, then deep fried (seems it has different names in different areas).

So as for me and my wife, it'll likely be a good ol' pizza, maybe a couple cans of Laker Ice lager.

Or we'll go the opposite, healthier, more Japanesey direction and order some sushi. We shall see.
