Which character is (are) the most evil (in each incarnation)?

I see every incarnation of TMNT. Acording to each TMNT adaptation, the same character is quite different, even the TMNT theirself as well, the Shredder.

Mirage Comic:
I think the most evil is the Triceraton who buys the information from Lonae (From the Federation), because after he got what he wanted, he let Lonae to die by overdose and kills his minion without hesitation.

The Shredder wasn't the most evil. Shredder kills Hamato Yoshi because he killed his brother.

Fred Wolf cartoons:
Possibly Lord Dregg, he sent HiTech, his second in command into the space, in the last season premier, as is implied Dregg kills Mung as well when he sent Microbots to eaten Mung alive.

TMNT Movie:
Is quite important to mentiont Shredder and Tatsu from the movie, although they aren't fantastic supervillains, but their methods which are used in the movie (outside of the ninja clan) are used by real criminals in real life to corrupt the teens.

The Shredder is the most evil, they use kid for his evil deeds. He brainwashed (is another way to says lie) the teens putting them againts their parents, turned then into vandals. He doesn't care about it, but the kept because they served to his favor, it was an example of his lack of honor. He kills Hamato Yoshi and Tang Shen because of his jealousy.

Tatsu is evil as well, the way he mistreated his underlings when he get frustrated, he lack of honor as well because he helped Shredder to corrupt the teens turned them into a vandals.

Archie Comics:
Krang is the most evil in this incarnation, he wiped entery civilizations, many mutants try to stop him.

2k3:
The 3 Shredders without doubt, Ch'rell was a sociopath and evil in the way he treated his foes as well his own underlings. The Tengu Shredder because he sold his soul with the devil in enchange of power, bring a dark era. The Cyber Shredder is the same as Ch'rell.
Hun is evil as well (but not in the same level of the Shredder but still), he lack of honour or kidness, his most evil acts is when he killed Casey Jone's father and when he tried to attack April knowing she was helpless against him.

2012:
The Rat King, Shredder and his mutant minions:
The first one, betrays Dr. Tyler Rockwell, lied the turtles and the way he controls Splinter to kills his own sons was quite henious.

The Shredder not only kills Tang Shen because of his jealousy, but he took Miwa and turned her into a evil ninja, and he sowed hate in her heart against Hamato Yoshi his true father only to hurt him. He mistreated Dogpound and Fishface, but to be fair, The later two deserve that.

Dogpound and Fishface, because they lack of honor, they are bullies and henious with the people, his own underlings or associates. The most evil acts is when the tied a blind man in the roof and were willing to let him falls even when the Turtles come to them. Another when they planned to detonate a building try to kill the Turtles with Timoty/Pulveriser/Mutagen man included when the later wasn't usefull anymore. Fishface is a lot more evil, he mistreated Baxter even when he builded his legs. It was understandable when Baxter tries to get his revenge.

IDW:
The Shredder, he killed his own father, even Krang has high regards and respect to his father.

Mirage: Most of the villains are total scumpiles.

Mirage: The Foot Clan leaders, They used Saki's anger as a child to manipulate him and turned him into a warrior fit for them.

Classic Toon: Would go to Lord Dregg for reason's stated above.

Archie: Krang who seems to be a bit of a Sadist.

2k3: Bishop wins this one. Despite his intentions being good for the most part he is a huge Extremist and doesn't care who he hurts or what he does to comple his goals. Such as turning a soilder into a mutant and telling his family he persish.

2K12: Shredder for reasons already stated.

IDW: This goes to Krang again who is pretty similar to his Archie Counterpart. Except maybe less of a Sadist.

For the '87 toon, I'd say Dregg, Doomquest, Shredder in seasons 1, 8 and 10, Krang in seasons 1, 2, 8 and 10.

For the 4kids show, Utrom Shredder without a doubt, also General Blanque, Triceraton Prime Leader Zanramon and Sho'kanabo.

For the Nick show, Shredder and Kraang Prime.
