What should Karai mutate into?
So if this is happening (And I'm sure it is) what should Karai mutate into even if it's temporary?
I'd say something agile and swift, something she can still be a ninja in. |

Either a rat, or a turtle. Being a rat, she could see life through her fathers eyes, which could help improve their relationship. As a turtle, it's a funny nod to Venus, and lets her fall into the sister role a lot easier.

I think a fox would be a good fit but it would draw too many Ninjara/Alopex comparisons.

Well if I was the Shredder then probably a snake to bring more insult to injury towards
Splinter's mutation as a rat.

I'd also like to see a fox mutant, but am doubting this will happen. Whatever she mutates into, I'm sure she'll wipe the floor with somebody. Golden mongoose, maybe? Aw I dunno. It could be something no one is expecting, knowing Ciro. That's a good thing, though.

I may be in the minority, but I have a feeling she won't be the "1 more mutation" that Shredder was talking about... I could be wrong though.
If it was karai, then I would think either a snake or cat would be fitting as both eat rats/mice. Maybe Donnie will have created another batch of retromutagen to be used for Splinter, but Splinter will choose to cure his daughter instead. |

For all we know the '1 more mutant' could have been something else, but it accidentaly winds up being Karai.
