Easy, Casey Jones. He's a fun, hilarious badass who fits right in with the Turtles. That's enough for me.

I think the Punk Frogs should be listed as a group just as the Neutrinos should be with names in parenheses. I would have voted for the Punk Frogs as a group. While I do slightly like Genghis(you misspelled his name) I believe its best having them as a group. Love those guys would like to see further use out of this underrated back up team to the turtles.

Is Splinter not considered an "ally?" Though when I think about it, I guess it does make more sense that's he's a part of the core family.
