Things that didn't make sense

Every show has flaws, and so does TMNT 2012.
So let's post some things that didn't make sense (apart from the obvious stuff such as aliens and mutants).
Leatherhead could breathe in Dimension X. Why couldn't the turtles?
Isn't it extremely inconvenient for the Kraang in Dimension X to communicate with the Kraang that are on Earth? Given the fact that there's a massive difference in time flow.
Bradford is a famous martial artist, but he hasn't appeared anywhere in public due to his mutation. Why is no-one addressing his disappearance?
I'm sure you guys found some flaws as well.

Now, not complaining because they don't bug me all that much and just find them a little ironic, but some that come to mind...

You didn't know what pizza is despite having tv.
Similar to Bradford there is apparently no one who cares that Timothy went missing.
Ice Cream Kitty never runs out of Ice Cream. She's like a never ending soft serve dispenser.

So far up to this point an entire lack of any concern for NYC, Splinter, etc.
Mutagen meds only make Leo barf, even though it's still capable of mutating things and enliven a car.

The guys not knowing about pizza is a big one.

No one noticing Timothy's gone. Shouldn't his parents be worried?

Having Donnie being the leader of the group at the finally. And yet when Leo wakes up that is completely forgotten.

I agree if they should have more concern about the city, or should have had a visits to scope out the state of the city. If it was said the city was under strict government quarantean then that would have been a plausable reason why they were hanging around the farm house for three months.

Bradford is a famous martial artist and yet nobody in the news mentions him missing. However there was a magazine in the Dream Beavers episode that had his name, and it looked like it was qouting him or something. Maybe it might be him saying what has been going on with him or the city? I don't know how to zoom in without making it blurry.

Another one is with Shredder's mutants going on as if mutation was the most horrible thing in the world, yet referring to themselves as that creature later (dog, fish, etc.) and acting like it too. If you hated being such a creature, why are you acting like it and calling yourself by it?

Oh god there's quite a lot to be honest:

Why is Casey's competence inconsistant?
Why don't people trust Mikey after multiple episodes of learning to trust Mikey?
Why are there Ninja wars in modern times?
What's up with the Kraang's plans half the time?
Why are there two explainations for why the Kraang need April to complete the mutagen?

And is it just me or does seem like there are some contradictions in the Yoshi/Saki backstory?

I've tried to avoid wondering about that.

(Esp when Mikey rubs Leo's comic on his "butt" and claims he'd be using it as toilet paper to try to make Leo snap out of it... Think that's brought the 'issue' to my attention in the first place.)

This is why we can't have nice things and you end up forced to wear pants in movies. lol

In the season 2 finale, April says it's been a year since the events of the season 1 finale...then in "The Croaking," (season 3), Mikey claims to still be 15.

And also when they sit, their butt doesn't actually touches the surface due to the pronounced shell shape. So it just hovers over it lol.

No. Most schools, especially NYC schools, have metal detectors at the main entrances, and some might have been questioning if Irma was a robot the whole time, how come she never set the alarms off. I myself am in the group who think the real Irma was there until shortly after the Rat King episode. But then again, there was that one robot in the shool disguised as a teacher. She never set off any metal detectors.

If I recall I think she told April she was with/from the "World Wide Genome Project" so not sure she was pretending to be a teacher. And seemed to be after/off school hours (April why are you even there at that time?) so prob easier to find a way to avoid or deactivate metal detectors. Irma though, that's a really good point. Kinda hard to fake it surrounded by students if you're made of metal.

Well the Turtles set off the metal detectors when they came in with their weapons. Donnie points out in rise of the Turtles that the Kraang use a metal alloy he didn't recognize. So it is plausable that Kraang tech uses a metal substance that metal detectors wouldn't recognize as metal.
