Does Nicks TMNT cartoon feel like like the last leg of hope for comic book tv

I'll clarify: ANIMATION (So excluding Arrow, Flash etc.)

Am I the only person that feels this?

Spectacular Spider-Man- Cancelled, replaced with a steaming pile of ****
Wolverine and the X-Men- Cancelled, unreplaced
Avengers EMH- Cancelled, replaced with a downgrade
Young Justice- Cancelled, replaced with a comically atrocious downgrade
Green Lantern TAS- Cancelled, replaced with a cancelled show

All of the shows that replace those above are (in my opinion) animated atrocities. So I ask you do you think it is the last leg for superhero animation?

I don't think it's the very last straw, just because the last five years have been disappointing does not mean there won't be better days in the future.

Of course Ultimate Spider-Man, Avengers Assemble and Agents of SMASH are all terrible shows but from what I get they're ending soon anyway, I seriously doubt that there will never be another good show based on Spider-Man, Avengers or the Hulk (or any other comic book properties for that matter).

In the case of Avengers Assemble I seriously doubt that Marvel are willing to go for long without an Avengers cartoon and hopefully they understand the last one they made was crap. The same thing with Spider-Man, the Spider-Man fanbase never stopped complaining about USM and from what I get the show did not get many fans outside of the fanbase either.

Guardians of the Galaxy is supposed to be getting an animated show so Marvel isn't out of it. Who knows if it'll be good though.

If that's true, then YESSSS!!! Never did like any of those shows. Agents of SMASH was probably the worst one out of those.

I wish it wasn't the case, but I kind of do.

Comic book movies make big money, so I think that encourages TV writers to think they can get away with BS like Hulk and the Agents of SMASH since kids will watch the shows regardless because it has their favorite characters.

Nah, maybe the current nature/trends/whatever of the business just aren't that strong for those sorts of shows right now?
