That just sucks. James Horner was one of my favorite movie score composers. He will definitely be missed.

Yes I'm in agreement here as well after hearing the news. He was a great film composer, in my top five personally, and composed one of my favorites of all time: The Land Before Time. I have such wonderful and emotional childhood memories from that movie and soundtrack. So sad to hear of this news. R.I.P. James Horner.

RIP, Mr. Horner. I hope he and Jerry Goldsmith are in a better place now.

Yes, very sad news. He composed some great music, and I do remember The Land Before Time soundtrack also. Great reference to American Tail, Zar. My sis loved that movie.

Horner was a musical genius. His compositions are a real treat to listen to and it's just terrible that his life was cut short this way.

Damn, that's really sad. He did the score to one of MY favorite movies, too, and I noticed no one else mentioned it- Willow. Great film, and amazing score. RIP, James- you WILL be missed.
