Why is 'Donatello Makes Time' not available on I-Tunes?

I find it very strange that the episode, Donatello Makes Time, is not available on I-Tunes. That was one of my favorite episodes as a kid and I thought about purchasing it, but it's not there. Why do you think it's not available? I thought of two possible reasons why it's not there. One is that what Raphael did at the end of the episode, breaking Donatello's invention, was both disobedient and disrespectful. He not only disobeyed his master, Splinter, but he also broke something very precious to Donatello. Another possible reason is that after seeing this interview with David Wise and seeing this quote, this episode was a good example of what he was talking about.

"After I took time off from the show, it totally became too cute and funny," he says. "You don't play comedy on top of comedy. You don't take a funny idea about a goofy villain who does a silly thing and then make fun of it. You play comedy on top of straight action."

Are you actually being serious? Why the hell would this be a reason for them not to upload an episode? This is one of the most bizarre conspiracy theories I've ever seen.

They just probably forgot to upload it.

I admit that I have been nutty lately. Maybe I should take a little break from the forum. It's just that I thought if these four characters were supposed to considered good role models to kids, then one of them was not setting a very good example. It's not nice at all to purposely break something that belongs to your siblings, especially after a father figure tells you not to.

What on earth? The Turtles always act like this toward each other with sibling rivalry and make fun of each other. The original cartoon never had the Turtles acting like saints.

And why would you think something like that would prevent the episode being uploaded? I can't even grasp your logic, you think they don't upload an episode because of "bad behavior?" What the hell?

Planet of the Turtleoids is also missing on itunes, but Amazon Instant Video has both of them.
