Actually, it's going to be the News section from the main page, posted on the message board so people can comment on it. Paradigm City has a similar feature.

hey krang not to be spaming or anything but my fav U2 site for news has it its U2log.com they have something called blog mabie you can look into what they use. I hope this helps..
