1988 TMNT Fan Club Flyer?

I know MTFS has these for sale, but his prices sometimes can be high so I wanted to ask here. Does anyone know what the value of just the fan club flyer small paper that came with the 88 MOC figures is?

I tried checking eBay for sold listings to see if that would give a good idea of their average worth but nothing recent shows auctions of just the flyer. Current auctions seem to be just figures with the flyer inside too. The ones you mentioned on MTFS are $35 so without more data maybe that is the going rate. Being a piece of paper I would hope you would get a great deal on shipping at least.
