articulated tmnt?

All,
I think the mutating figures have one of the best articulations. Any chance w'ell see figures of the tmnt from the new show that LOOK like they do in the new show? the original 4 tmnt figs from the new line sure dont look like they can pose or fight in the ways the dudes in the show do. Just wondering.

Well the new line of armored turtles will have removable armor (In other words: normal TMNT underneath) and they're super posable, they look like completely new sculpts too!

these turtles we already have lookl true to the comic versions...short and stout. in the show, they look pretty acrobatic.

Besides these armored turtles coming out, does anyone know what the next turtle variation will be (i.e. extreme sports, armored, ???)? Not that im a big fan of just doin different variations of the turtles, cuz I love all these side characters being put out, but i was just wonderin...

Well, I'm guessing the mutating figures will come out after the armored turtles.

the next variants are the Mutatin' Turtles. basically just reworks of the old 'Mutatin''line.

Does anyone have pictures of the armor turtles? I know there has most likely been a thread on them somewhere but does anyone have a link?

Nope, they look fine to me. Since all the armor is removable, and we get super articulated turtles out of the deal. We win, and the kiddies win. Yay!

they dont look super articulated but way beter than the originals, and hey it might just be the armor covers up the articulated parts

Look at Mikey for the best look at them. You can see the articulation joint at the knee and the ankle. So far we have head (1), ball jointed shoulders (4), elbow cut-joints (2), wrists (2), ball jointed legs (4), knees (2), ankles (2). So it looks like around 17 (maybe more) points of articulation per figure. Since ball-joints count as 2 points of articulation.

As far as I can tell, the armored TMNT have only two more points of articulation.
