Mistakes.

TMNT3:

*The magic septure can only transport living tissue, not clothes, so how come it can transport the TMNT's masks?

Notes From The Underground Part 1:

*Latter in Part 2 we learn from Quarry that they found the forcefeild cristal in the catacombs, so why does the cristal appear in the archive video presumibly recorded before the mutants escaped?
* The Bo Staff on Don's back switching position between scenes, ie when the drive the sewer slider.

Notes From The Underground Part 2:

*At the end of Part 1 the turtles all drew their weapons to fight Quarry, Stonebitter and Raserfist, but at the begining of this episode the weapons are still holstered.
*At one point Donatello is coloured as Michelangelo and his mask is orange.

Notes From The Underground Part 3:

*In the close up of the man, when he dives for his magic pendent, you can see the pendent still around his neck.
*When Raphael says "Maybe we should find a different ride" he's standing next to Quarry, but when Leo says "What are you talking about it's fine" Michelangelo is standing in Raph's place!

The King:

*When Don finishes darwing his stickman, he has human fingers!

The Shredder Strikes Back Part 1:

* Mikey was throwing April's plates to Raph from the kitchen, Raph puts them on the table, but in the next scene Mikey is carrying the same plates from the kitchen! They were on the table a second ago.
*It was raining during Leo's fight with the Foot-tech ninjas. Why did the rain not soak the ninja's transparent bodies rendering them somewhat invisible?

The Shredder Strikes Back Part 2:

*During the fight with the Foot Ellite guards, Don's Bo Staff gets knocked out of his hands and lands near Mikey (Metres away). but after Don throws the samurai into the samurai pinning down Mike, the Staff is back in his hands.

Actually, it works on 'Equal Mass Displacement'. It never says living tissue, not clothes, you're thinking of Terminator. That's why the Samurai get to keep their 'undies' and the turtles their masks.

In this case, it's not a mistake. The device was a foot clan invention, since I highly doubt that the 'monsters' built it. They just know where to get the crystals to power it.

Good thing Mike put those shorts on because it looks like that guard forgot to wear his under wear that day!

I think the holstered weapons thing may just be the overlapping actionb, happens a lot in the new cartoon

There are so many mistakes that I can't be bothered to list them all (In the 3rd ep Raph and Mike switch places after the mousers stop, Leo's shoulder strap switching in the 1st ep..too many)

Well, the shorts would probably equal about the same weight as the guards undies. So the guard got the shorts, and Mikey got the undies.
