Was there a character called Genghis Bear?

I remember having a TMNT toy in the 80s(90s) which was a fierce looking panda in ancient Oriental armor. If I'm not mistaken,it's name was Genghis Bear? There are no online sites that mention Genghis Bear but only Genghis Frog in the cartoon. But I remember the cardboard that came with the toy mentioning that he was descended from Yesugei which was the father of the real life Genghis Khan. If the panda toy was not called Genghis Bear, what was the character named? One of the toy weapons that came with was a double sided axe.

Panda Khan and it was sort of a Usagi Yojimbo situation with his appearances in the Turtles franchise.

IDW is the best version of TMNT

If they make a TMNT reboot movie retelling the shredder battle/origin, I won't buy a ticket.

Thank you, thank you! You're a wonderful audience, I'll be here all week!

Seriously though, I wish he had been in some other form of TMNT media besides the figures, (and a few other obscure appearances) From what I read of his own comic, Panda Kahn would have made an interesting character.

Bump.
Apologies for the mistake I made of mentioning of the Mongol name Yesugei. I realized now that the reference I read on the back of the toy's cardboard could have been more towards the Japanese name Uesugi.

No. There was Genghis Frog, & Panda Khan, you're confusing the two.

Yes, I already read what neatoman typed out. I'm just touching on the possibly mistaken reference I made.
