The same sort of apathy for all 6 of them, I suppose. Though I'm curious about learning the general story beats of the main Armageddon Game story, so maybe that one.

I don't honestly give a f*ck anymore about any of them. Last Ronin started great but fizzled. I don't get the hype. Sure, it sold well but it was hyped as the return of Laird into the fold then whoopsie, didn't include him at all... Oh well. Dollar bin finds later down the road. *shrug*

I voted for Armageddon Game since it seems like its going to have the bulk of this overarching story. Plus Tom Waltz is writing it?? Easy call

Lost interest in the ongoing IDW series ages ago, and I can't stand power rangers, so I guess it's The Lost Years. Even though I'm not overly excited about that either.

Armageddon Game, easily. If it does what it sets out to do, wrap up all the remaining plot threads from the Waltz run, I'll be happy to get a proper post-100 continuation with a conclusive ending. If the "main series" continues to be bad after AG concludes, it will be far easier to leave behind.

... Kind of surprised nobody voted for the FW based mini-series yet. It's probably no surprise I think they could have come up with a better idea, but the announcement did gain some attention.

I'm interested in it in concept, depends how it is written. I get the feeling it's going to feel a little closer to the Konami videogame version of the Turtles than the original cartoon ones, since these comics were only greenlit due to the success and sales of the games that came out.

Its the only one I won't read. As soon as Campbell leaves I will pick it up again. It would be nice if The Punk Frogs, Groundchuck, Dirtbag, Razhar, and Tokka could get a proper story use and we get a 'it was a dream for x issues' scenario. I understand that #132 is merely Saki telling them one by one what their chi is based on their personal strengths. To me it suggest its continuing to fill out pages while not relevant to the actual story as it has been stated elsewhere.

5. Last Ronin: The Lost Years-we know how it all is resolved so its just filling in the gaps. The story was okay, but the best part was the focus of Michelangelo and the unique opportunity to add character depth for him. The tone really is not my thing and I believe this project is what allowed the ongoing to go into a downward spiral and wheel spinning annoyance. Granted it started before the current direction with the rushing wrap ups of City at War. I would rather have the ongoing stabilized than this follow-up.


4. Saturday Morning Adventures-I LOVE THIS IDEA, but fear the execution of it. The 1987 cartoon is why I am a fan and defines the franchise for me. However, any callback to it camped up and feels disrespectful. While I would have enjoyed the cartoon to have gone beyond a 200th episode it may be best not to attempt to imitate its style. David Wise is gone and both Turtles Forever and the 2012 cartoon dropped the ball. The solicits of a rock soldier getting hit by a device that makes him want to be a punk rock star makes me cringe and the hologram trap leads to disappointment because I want to see the evil mutant pairs interact for real not teased and not really happen.

3. The Armageddon Game and its tie-ins-
I put them all together as its all the same one-shots and mini-series. The culmination of one hundred issues is finally looming and will be like Forever War, though it actually will see print instead of teased and teased again. The official finale? The best story of the IDW TMNT? I can't wait to see.

2. TMNT/Mighty Morphin Power Rangers- As I said plenty of times, some things we get out of gradually, and while my PR interest had declined due to tiring of a formula and needing the stability of the original cast I rage quit the show and never picked it up again. Yet the first crossover mini-series was exactly what I wanted as a 90s kid, the original team of Power Rangers and no Venus in sight. Sure it had tropes of the definitive lores respectively and had plot holes and cheesy moments, but it really delivered.

1. The Forever War-It was not listed, but it should be out before The Armageddon Game wraps up. I have been waiting for this story arc since I was in elementary school. It opened me up to a wider appreciation beyond the character and despite some preachy elements and a lack of Shredder throughout I am looking forward to seeing the official wrap up of my first ever comic.


In all in spite of how disappointed I became with the ongoing everything else is a 90s' kid's TMNT dream.

The main story is likely going to happen in the main ongoing as well.
