TMNT volume 1 number 1 question

I am trying to remember what makes TMNT vol. 1 #1 first printing different from subsequent printings. I know these things:
1. there is a Gobbledygook#1 ad on the inside back cover
2. the red on the cover is a deep red, which was repeated in the second printing, but the third printing had a more "faded" red.
3. I know the second and third printings have "2nd printing" and "3rd printing" printed on the inside front covers, and of course the first printing does not.

Are there any other differences? Thanks for the help

4th and 5th printings had different covers and were regular comic size. 6th printing was a special deluxe graphic novel that was available in both paperback and hardcover.

Which graphic novels? Mirage has some on the official site. eBay would be the key place to look, though.
