Thumbs up to playmate's customer service

I recently lossed splinter's walking stick. So I thought I would ask playmates if they could send me a new one. i only did this because I heard of somebody on offthecard.com say how mcfarlane replaced accessories that they were missing from their figure so i thought "i wonder if playmates would do the same thing?" so i emailed playmates yesterday and today this is the message I recieved back from them:

Yes, I can mail it to you but will take a week or two. Please add your mailing address to this and I will send to you.
Regards, Paula Billingsley

Really!? Awesome, maybe they can relace my Splinter. The tail fell off and I know other people that have had that happen to theirs. That's probably a lot to ask though. And plus it's incidental. Well I'm gonna try anyways. Thanks for the info!

I wonder if you asked for missing weapons from the old line, if they would have any of those lying around, they would send them to you. Now that would be amazing.
