IN his Profile on ninjaturtles.com he was a wrestler who got a tattoo after every victory he has a chiwawa (dint know how ta spell it ) But IN planet of the turtleoids he is in a pet shop and ends u being a mutated hamster
i noticed this and i was wondering if there was any reason for that or if it was a goof or somthing........

That was David Wise, he always put characters from the original or archie comics into the toon.

Tatoo

bleh, the hamster thing made no sense. How does a hampster mutate into a human? The special was just full of cameos, like to promote the new toys, Groundchuck, Dirtbag and Chrome Dome. I guess they decided to throw in Tatoo there as well for the hell of it. I'm surprised they didn't make a toy based on the Mini-Technodrome Shredder made.

I liked that mini-Technodrome. It's just too bad the darn thing only lasted for all of ten seconds before the Turtles destroyed it.

Yeah, but I really do wonder how the foot soldiers constructed it so quickly. I mean even with Chromedome leading them how could they build it so fast. Oh well, a lot of the old cartoon eps had flaws... it was still a great show though.
