Simular Caseys

How come in the new show Casey is more like Movie Casey than Mirage Vol 1 comic Casey? and then orig' show Casey is more like Mirage Vol 1 comics Casey?

Look at the facts:

Movie Casey: Long hair, tanktop and long pants.
New Show Casey: Long hair, tanktop and long pants.

They even look alike.

Mirage Vol. 1 Casey: Crazy short hair, ripped up shirt and sweats that have tape on the bottom around the ankles.
Orig' show Casey: Crazy short hair, ripped up shirt and sweats that have tape on the bottom around the ankles and a shoulder pad.

They look the same and everything...well except the shoulder pad (what was the deal with that anyway?)

If you read the Raph comic and then watch Casey Jones: Outlaw Hero. Then watch the movie and "Meet Casey Jones" you will see what I'm talking about.

If I recall, Casey started out with the crazy short hair in his first comic appearances and then had the long hair as time went on. He had the long hair during the 'City at War' arc.

Yeah he had it in the later issues but I'm talking about how much they all look alike and everything.

So your question is why Casey Jones looks the same. Why the same character looks similar?

I think what he means is why does Casey in the new cartoon (which is closer to the original comics than the old cartoon) looks more like the movie version whereas the Casey from the old cartoon looks more like the original comics version.
