Rocksteady mini figure.
I've come up with a few custom lego TMNT characters. I've made lego mini figures of Bebop, April, Splinter, Oruko Saki, Baxter Stockman and Hun. I'm having trouble coming up with a Rocksteady minifigure, any suggestions? Please PM me.

no i mean the black beanie hat, where i live those are called skull caps. Like erigue inglasea wears, the tight hats. i think the lego crooks have them.
