It's actually called "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classics Digest" on the cover. I think it is from archie so I would guess that it might be the collection of the archie comics. But I'm not sure. If it is I'm not sure how many comics are in it or if there is extra material.

ah, yes... I have one of those. Had two, but one got damaged.

its basically condensing about 3 or 4 issues into one lil booklet. they dont edit stuff out, which is nice, too...

Classics # 1 starts off with TMNT Adventures #5 (the first non-cartoon based issue of adventures). Each Classics digest has 3 issues of Adventures in it, in original form. Classics ran for 7 issues, the last ending with a splash page that was common for Archie comics: "What to see more of TMNT Classics? Write to...". Anyways... 7 x 3 = 21 + 4 = 25... so from issues 5 to 25 inclusive were included in this series... later issues reprinted the April O Neil backup series back to back in the end of the book so as to allow the story to flow more smoothly.

Yes, I have all 7 issues of this series, each of which has a new, unique cover that were drawn by Chris Allan (except one, which I believe was drawn by Laird himself).

Actually, here's the rundown of the covers:

1 - Peter Laird
2 - Peter Laird
3 - Ken Mitchroney
4 - Chris Allan
5 - Peter Laird
6 - Peter Laird
7 - Chris Allan

Back in the day the only store I ever saw them at (and bought all seven of them at) was Waldenbooks in the mall.
