WHo is Dregg and everything?

After watching the first bonus episode "The beginning of the end" on my tmnt dvd I got yesterday morning, who are all these new characters.

Who is this dregg guy, this black guy who can transform into this yellow mutant thingy and what happened to leo? Where's the shredder?

I never seen season 10 at all.

I don't remember too much of it, but the human who could mutate into the yellow warrior was Carter. He got mutagen spilled on his hand that had fermented.

Ok, first of all, Lord Dregg became the main villain of the series in Season Nine.

Shredder and Krang were vanquished in "Turtle Trek" and the Technodrome was destroyed by a Sarlac-Pit wannabe, they would return in Season Ten dsuring the "Turtles to the Second Power" story arc without Rocksteady or Bebop.

Dregg came to Earth under the guise of a freindly alien, and the TMNT were outlawed, they cleared thier names at the end of Season Nine in "Doomquest" and Lord Dregg fled the Earth...he then returned in the two-part "Return of Dregg"

Never saw the Dregg episodes, but I do know that Quarry got her design from this villian.

I'll need to wait for my DVD to come in the mail so I can see this Dregg guy in action. Even if the Red Sky series is not as good as the earlier seasons.

One of these days you've GOT to watch the "Turtles to the Second Power" story arc, it practically makes up for the entirty of Season Nine and is a great reason to appreciate the Red Sky Seasons without having to bother about the lameness of Dregg and Carter.

I never saw season 10 until I watched the beginning of the end, but I saw ep reviews for the red sky seasons. These eps were worlds apart from the old turtles eps with no shredder, April working alone and no vernon, burne and irma, no reaccuring cast members, more competant villians, different backround music, dregg being the villian etc.

COuld you also explain more of season 10 to the person who posted the first message and me. I really really really want to see the return of Shredder(not the 5th ep that aired 15 years back) 3-part story arc and the final ep since I heard it had Krang's android body and the technodrome in ruins and it said splinter said he was not their sensi anymore and tought them everything. They ran the series into the ground since I was in 8th grade by season 10 and in preschool when the mini-series first aired and in kindergarden when it became a regular series.

I saw the theme song and it had a different voice singing and it had scenes of eps that I assume are from season 8 and scenes intercut with the first movie and they mentioned shredder in the song even though he was no longer part of the regular cast.

DID they mention shredder and krang in season 9. I heard shredder and krang were not in season 9 at all and that would have to be THE WORST SEASON ever. WHAT HAPPENED TO APRIL'S JOB IN CHANNEL SIX??

I remember in one of Shredder's final plots, Channel 6 was destroyed, so Burne blamed the turtles and badmouthed them big time having the city really hate and fear em. I forgot if April was fired or if she herself left to start a freelance career. Sometime after this Dregg appeared.

tvtome said that havoc on the streets was the final apperance of burne thompson and vernon. State of Shock said last appearance of irma.

I did read the reviews for season 8 and thought it was interesting that when shredder blew up channel 6, burne blamed them. Burne is just like jameson of spiderman and from the beginning always blamed the turtles for the wrong doings of the city and really went off the deep end about the channel 6 destruction. I can see burne doing that(blaming the turtles for the destruction). What did happen to april?


IS there more to say of what happened in eps from shredder triumphant ( last ep of season 7) to Divide and COnquer(Very last ep)

Did they have the foot soilders in season 8. I heard that shredder, bebop, rocksteady and krang were stranded on earth after the technodrome was sent to dimension X in shredder triumphant. I never saw that ep either. The a posting from last fall on the technodrome forums said krang was in his bubble walker in get shredder and in his body in shredder triumphant. WHat happened with krang's body???? Did krang go back to the technodrome and leave his body there and go in his bubble walker. KRang's body had a lot of tricks like growing, arms becoming accessories, gliding etc. The ep guides say they had krang's body in the very last ep.

In long running tv shows that happens of where more and more of the regular cast leaves until there is nothing left of the characters from the very first eps. Power rangers did this. From what the ep guides say in the last eps splinter, april and the 4 turtles were the only characters left from the old eps and shredder and krang became camoes. That is not a perfect last ep with it not ending with their long time enemy.

At the end of The day the earth disappered, did Dregg really die?

He was destroyed in the black hole along with his assistance.

Also, why does Mikey have a grappling hook thingy instead of his Nunchucks? I found these bonus episodes, not bad at all, but the early seasons were better.

Parents complained the show was violent, so Mike's chucks got replaced by the friendlier grappling hook.

No, Dregg survived, at the end of "Divide and Conquer" he was defeated once and for all vby the TMNT using Krang's Android Body

Yeah, it's simply a name given to it by fans to distinguish it from the original, more humerous seasons

Seasons 8-10 COULD have worked if they had kept Shredder and Krang, in some cases (like "Turtles to the Second Power") it worked, instead they cut Season Eight to NINE Episodes, and then gave us a season full of Lord Dregg and Carter

Season 8 was 8 eps and so was seasons 9 and 10.

I do not know why the writers decided to get rid of shredder and krang. Why do you all think they repalced them with dregg. I have only watched beginning of the end so far, so far because I have test for tommarrow to study for, Dregg is just not as appealing to me as shredder and krang are. Seasons 9 and 10 are just worlds apart from the earlier eps. They were like a whole new show. MAybe they were trying to revive interest in the turtles franchise.

By the way could all of you give us and turtledude2k3 more info on these seasons.

I too want to know what happened since may never see the rest of seasons 10, 9 and 8 if they are not on DVD.

Were there any foot soilders in Season 8(i mean in any of the season 8 eps), since shredder and co were stranded on earth.

The foot soilders I mean are the robot henchmen shredder used to battle the turtles.

I am asking if the foot soilders were in Season 8 or not since shredder, bebop, rocksteady and krang were stranded on earth while the technodrome was in DImension X and the www.ninjaturtles.com did not list foot soilders for characters of the season 8 eps.

By the way what happened to KRang's body in between shredder triumphant and turtle trek and why did they have dregg replaced shredder and krang. Dregg seems to be a more serious villian than Shredder and KRang since they were goofy. The last 2 seasons I think took away the feel of the old eps of the turtles. WERE shredder and KRANG mentioned AT ALL IN SEASON 9? How board were all of you of season 9. I would have been If I watched it. Why didn't they end the series on Turtle trek and in that one have splinter say he is no longer their sensi.

because dregg was beter. im sorry but i have just atched some of seson 9 and it is beter than the older part of the toon. the old toon just got to silly and was nerve bending.
