$500 for a TMNT animation cel

This guy expects someone to pay $500, sight unseen, for a cel that's most likely not much different from other cels that are having a hard time selling at $10. |

Geez!! $500?! He could've at least put up a picture of it. I don't think TMNT cels go for more than $20.
