Your Favorite TMNT related music.

haven't seen any threads on this.
so does anyone have a particular music piece they like that is connected to
TMNT,

i dunno, for the cheese factor, i love "Pizza Power" (no pun intended.)
when the turtles looked their most *ahem* furryish.

i also liked the vocal-less end theme to the original series with that image of them and april standing with april in a big hollow carven while the end credits rolled. i always thought that image was awesome. gave it an epic feel.

and i liked the song in the skateboarding round of TMNT's arcade game (the first one.)

somehow i bet lots of people here will say "Ninja Rap!"

In the new toon, I like April's theme song and the music that plays when the turtles are about to go into battle.

From the movies, I really liked TMNT III's soundtrack. I still think of the TMNT whenever I hear Baltimora's Tarzan Boy.

I quite enjoyed the background music from the most recent TMNT game (for the Gamecube, to be exact). I thought the song used on the museum level was particularly cool.

-Rockin' over the beat by Technotronic (TMNT movie 3)
-Tarzan Boy by ? (TMNT movie 3)
-Boss Battle BGM in Hyperstone Heist
-That BGM in the old toon whenever the Turtles went into "battle" before yelling "TURTLE POWER!!!"(full version)
-In the new toon, when Leonardo fought "Dragonface" in "Meet Casey Jones"

Definately Tarzan Boy. The chorus just gets me.

I also like the Sidewalk, Factory and Technodrome themes from the first TMNT Arcade game.

And who can forget the immortal Bury My Shell at Wounded Knee from the second Arcade game?

I love a lot of TMNT related songs. So this list will be a little long.

The original TV show theme. Best. Show. Theme. Ever. I have this song in MIDI format, my computer, and a CD. I still wish they would've made a remix of this song for the new show, but whatever.

"Shredder's Suite" from the original movie. It's my second favorite TMNT related song ever. It's just so...awesome.

"This Is What We Do" by MC Hammer - which is the theme from the first movie when you first see the insides of the Foot's warehouse. I'm listening to it right now.

"9.95" by Spunkadelic - I remember listening to the song during the credits over and over again way before I had the song on the CD.

"Turtle Power" by Partners In Kryme

All of the songs from the "Coming Out Of Their Shells" album, though "Cowabunga" is my favorite and always has been. I used to hate "Skipping Stones", but I've learned to love it in recent years.

The theme to the later seasons of the original cartoon aka the "red sky" episodes.

The ending theme to the original cartoon.

The theme that played when they fought in the original cartoon, which was pretty much the opening theme only a little different.

Most of the themes from the old games, especially "C'Mon After That Shredder Creep!" and "Fire!" - both from the second game.

That's all I can think of right now.

Ok guys it's obvious the best TMNT related song is GO NINJA "Ninja Rap"by Vanilla Ice. The song rocked back in the day.

Also, yes TURTLE POWER is good too...

I'm a sucker for those songs from TMNT 1,man....
I always got a kick out of Donnie referencing "9.95" at the end,and that Partners In Kryme song is so catchy.

Old Toon:

I love the music that plays whenever the Technodrome appeared. That was awesome.

The instrumental pumped up version of the theme song that played during action sequences was great as well.

I also liked any of the more peaceful music that played, like the kind that would be heard when Irma was all love struck.

New Toon:
Splinter's theme music is absoloutely increcible. The whole Japanese sound, it's just awesome. It really gives me the chills.

Any time there's a battle, more great music.

I wish SO much they'd release a nice long CD of the complete new toon score, it's the best score I've ever heard in any animated series, it just blows me away.

Movies:
As fars as the songs go my faves will always be
This Is What We Do and Ninja Rap.

Music wise, Shredder's Suite rules but my all time favourite piece of TMNT music ever is the short piece that plays in TMNT1 when the turtles have just returned to New York from April's farmhouse. You know, when the van appears and it's raining...it's a crime that piece wasn't on the soundtrack. Even otherwise I'd love an MP3 of it or something. It's so cool.

Original cartoon- Main theme, the music throughout the show was silly but memorable.
Movie 1- "Shredder's Suite," "9.95," "T-U-R-T-L-E Power!" "Spin That Wheel," "Turtle Rhapsody," all instrumental music, especially during the campfire scene
Movie 2- "Find the Key to Your Life," "Cowabunga!" "Ninja Rap," the music when Fred finds the abnormally-sized dandelions outside the T.G.R.I. building. It sounds kind of eerie, but nice, all the same.
Movie 3- "Tarzan Boy," "Can't Stop Rockin'," "Rockin' Over the Beat," "Fighter," "Yoshi's Theme"
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Coming Out of Their Shells- "April Ballad," "Count on Us" (not really familiar with all the songs, but I know I like those two!)
New cartoon- Same as Azure said with April's junk shop scene. Kind of like the beat.

I know I'm missing something, I just know it! Hee.

i like the random house comic book on tape tmnt rap...it's cheesy and fun...i liked Pizza Power....and TURTLE power and Ninja rap by Vanilla ice and 9.95 and almost any song on the tmnt soundtracks....i wish they'd release a new tmnt soundtrack....
