The Technodrome Rocks!

I don't know about you guys, but I for one am so glad the Technodrome is back. I like some of the other forums out there, but the Technodrome is the best! I don't want to sound like a parent, but let's try our best not to let things get out of hand again. I'm glad to be back, and I hope we never put the forums on hold again. Krang and Shredder work hard to make this site great, so let's all help them out.

Here here.

The Technodrome rawks because of everybody involved.
I hate to see disputes, we all have TMNT in common, and we all bring something to this site that obviously bring each other back here. We don't want to chase anyone away!

I was always checking back to see if the forums were working. I admit I kinda find it funny now, shutting the boards down-- like revoking a great toy from kids who misbehaved.

Special thanks to Krang for having great patience, I know I'd have a hard time keeping my sanity if I was an admin.

amen sista.....preach it....Krang has the patientce of a saint. he sure can take a lot of our crap (man do we sound like a bunch of brown nosers).
Heres to keeping the forums up forever...with no down time to punish the jerks who can't get along

Everyone is going to GK's board, including me, it even has an awesome withdraw side menu.

My brother even tried to get me in trouble on it as well, posting certain insults and other crap, I had to apologise with another thread.

This whole mess sucks, I'm not even aware of why the General Discussion forums were locked in the freaking first place, was it immaturity on people's part?

Okay, guys... Krang didn't even have to make an ez board to go to. He didn't even have to put the site back up. He has given us innumerable chances to prove ourselves.

Let's not ruin this one, huh? We all got what we deserved, with the GD getting locked, so let's just take the kind gesture Krang made, and be happy with it.

I'm just ecstatic the Forum's back up!!

Alright, personally, I thought the new GD was doing just fine. Everyone was all smiles and throwing "thank you Krangs" in every which direction. We even had an entire thread devoted to encouraging one another, and that was going well too. I don't understand why ONE thread about three people (no offense to any of the three, all three of them are awesome people and were/are assets to this forum) leaving caused the entire general discussion to go down, and I know I'm not the only one that was shocked. I understand Krang is obviously under a lot of stress, but to me, this decision seems irrational.

I love this website and the forums. I was very upset when the forums went down temporarily. I never really spent much time in General Discussion so I never really knew there were big fighting problems going on. Very messed up. I hope this site lives forever.

True. That. I really didn't see much wrong on the forum, but I guessed I missed something because if krang was that upset something wrong must have happened.

That's the point, it's supposed to be horrible since certain people couldn't handle the regular ones no matter what I try. I apologize to the people who were using it like normal, but it was just getting out of hand (see below). BTW, an alternate solution is being worked on, so you won't have to put up with that board for much longer.

It seems that way because you only saw what happened on the boards. What really happened was that people were dragging me into their arguments. If I try to intervene like they ask, I get groups of people accusing me of "taking sides". If I don't intervene, I get groups of people accusing me of "taking sides". See how frustrating this is? There were even people complaining that everyone was acting "too nice" (if that makes any sense). As you can see, no matter what I do, people get upset and throw fits, so I didn't want to deal with it anymore.

Really I don't see why you people that are complaining are doing so at all. Your lucky Krang's kept the drome up at all, GD or not. I know some of you weren't causing any problems in the GD, but there ARE other forums for general discussion out there besides the easy board. Please let Krang relax. x.X

People are upset that General Discussion is gone and voicing their opinions in a civil manner. I see nothing wrong with that.

Yeah but while GD was on this forum it was giving Krang nothing but problems... I'm sure he'll think of putting it back up if some folks decide to grow up instead of causing problems. I know you're just voicing your opinion, Dane, there's nothing wrong with that. Just remember that Krang pays for this stuff...he doesn't have to put up with anything he has put up with, and right now we're lucky to even have a board. I'm sure if he wanted to deal with the GD in the current position he would have kept it running. That also wasn't even aimed at you...

I can definitly see how frustrating it is.
it is the same thing when you are a parent , when the siblings get into an argument they ask the parent to intervine ,and it is hard for the parent to take sides because if the parent takes the side of one child the other one is mad and if the parent takes the side of the other child the other is mad at the parent.
it is a very frustrating.
so I know were krang is coming from.
