They should have somehow ( i cant think of an explanation now) had every villian ever in the turtles series for a multi parter team up in the last ep. They should have had Dregg, Shredder, Mung, Hitech return somehow(since dregg casted him far away in return of dregg), Krang, Bebop rocksteady, Foot Soilders, Rock Soilders, Traag, BAxter (return from dimension and released), Grantor(the 2nd one), Rat King, leatherhead,
Scumbug, TEmestra, muckaman with joe eball, Wingnut and screwoss, Don turtelli, The great boldini, the mobsters from The maltese hampster, Professor Lloyd cycloid, mugsy mcmutt, Talbot breech(From funny, the shrunk mikey and they would have to have him return to normal size since I almost remember him shrinking in the end), drakus/berserko (i heard he was the t-drome's creator), Titantis, krakus, the triceratons, Big louie, pinky mcfingers, barney stockman, metalhead rebuilt, corborto, dr. willard, groundchuck, chrome dome, tatoo, dirtbag, Slash, the slash for cash dojo punks, the rest of the gang bebop and rocksteady were in, and ALL OF THE OTHER RANDOM BAD GUYS, AND I MEAN 100% of the secondary bad guys and 100& of the bad guys ever on the show.

That would have been better since they never had shredder and krang (FROM WHAT I HEARD) in the last ep, but had the technodrome wrecked and Krang's body. I mean shredder was the main nemeiss and they should have had him and krang shown when the turtles were in dimension X. WERE SHREDDER AND KRANG MENTIONED IN DIVIDE AND CONQUER EP.

They would then rally the frogs, tokka and razzar (i heard that they were in one ep in season 7), the nutrenos, murdude, casey jones, zack, lisa mona, the turtleoids, carter, wailt, caitlin zack's friend, clayton (even though he said he would still badmouth the turtles to keep his reputation), usagi ugimbo, Mondo gecko, the news crew(but burne hated the turtles like jameson hated spiderman) and all the other alys.

I only know of SOME Characters from reading the ep lists.

But they would probably change the villians acting because of the format of the show. They would have to explain how the villians came.

In the end of the last ep they should then show all the villians fate of being captured, beamed somewhere for ever (like dimension X or another dimension) and Baxter turning back into a human and going to an institution.

I have a feeling that Bebop and rocksteady were left somewhere since I HEARD that turtle trek was the last ep they were in and were never in the 3parter for season 10. WHY WHERE THEY NOT IN THE 3 parter.

Either they could'nt find the voice actors, or they simply wanted to make use of the three more..."serious" villains rather than use comic relief like Rocksteady and Bebop

That was definitly not the case since Barry Gordon was both the voices of Donatello and Bebop while Cam Clarke did the voices of Leonardo and Rocksteady.

It must have been the latter, as the series had become pretty grim by that point.

Seeing all the baddies together against all the good guys? Tremendous. I would have made it a 10-Part story!
