I haven't been able to bring myself to watch Memento, knowing the story beforehand. That'd be too gut-wrenching for me. I'm quite curious as to the presentation though, and if I'd be able to follow it. If one of my movie buddies twists my arm, I'll watch it with them but until then...

The Prestige was great. But now that I'm thinking about, does nobody ever get a happy ending with their significant other in a Nolan movie? If it does, it's mostly off-screen (Interstellar and Dark Knight Rises).

I don't think I've dug in my heels here at all; I've simply pointed out that for some people, Inception tells a story with different themes than many of you may have picked up on due to different life experiences. I'm a married man with children; most of you are not. It follows then that I may indeed find the movie much more provocative than others do. Different perspectives.

Continuing the idea of different perspectives, I love Christopher Nolan's movies even though most of you here don't. Don't really know what else to say other than that. <shrug>
