Question - How to make this vintage Adam head look like Keld

I´m working to make a vintage looking Keldor to my collection, but like He-Bro, I prefer to see him with a human flesh color and not the blue.

I´m using the recipe from He-Bo custom Keldor, with some minor changes, to make it more similar to Adam and Randor... I´m giving him trousers...:sklol: and regular harms



Because Keldor is Adam uncle, I thought that an Adam/He-Man head would fit to make his face.

I would like to get some suggestions on how to make it.

So please help me.

Should I sculpt new hair? Or just repaint it?
Should I sculpt a beard or just paint it?
