First look at Fox as April

Easy. They made Rah's train him, and have Scarecrow work for him, making it all related. You didn't see them randomly throw in Two Face and Killer Croc.

I just honestly don't know where Cyber gets 'most likely Baxterfly' as if it was a given. Human Baxter MAYBE, but not mutated until a sequel. If they wanna do the character justice. But also meeting and being introduced to the Turtles (plus their origina for a millionth time) getting to know the news crew (which you know they'll waste too much time on) having the whole Shredder and Splinter and Foot Clan rivalry and all that.... kinda don't see room for the Turtles fighting Baxter and his Mousers in this one.

I guess that's were opinions differ. While not perfect it was pretty good until the third act train stuff and that was largely down to Nolan's way of fiming fight sequences. I've heard this sentiment expressed a lot so I know I'm not alone.

Scarecrow was pretty random with only flimsy line to justify him working with R'as but in the context of the movie it worked.

Also if they are really taking their cues from the Fred Wolf cartoon then this isn't much of a problem. Baxter works for Shredder, Shredder works for Krang so it's all connected.

Not that I want this to be the route they go down but its not that hard to do or unlikely.

looks interesting. still a lil weird seeing military type foot, but as more details come through regarding the tone of the flick, it's starting to become less of an annoyance. really the last thing im worried about now as a fan is the shrader/not shrader/maybe shredder/maybe not shredder thing. i'd prefer "the shredder" even if he's a military guy, to be "the shredder". preferably with an asian actor cast, but even the casting for that role is becoming "whatever" in my mind.

I was looking over some of the pictures from the set, and I'm curious what the context is of Megan Fox as April on the trampoline, microphone in hand. It makes me think that in the beginning of the film, Channel 6 has April doing a segment on exercise, as an excuse to show an attractive woman bouncing up and down. That kind of assignment then motivates her to seek out the Foot clan to prove herself and show she can do more than just look good.

Now looking at some earlier posts and a few other people came to that conclusion earlier.

I don't get why anyone on the Internet is making a big deal about the lack of jumpsuit. Those jeans April is wearing aren't enough?

i don't care for a lack of jump suit, i care about a lack of good actress, she was cast just for eye candy, her uber tight clothes prove it, so it tells you what kind of movie they are making... i hope she gets hit by a truck and Michael Bay can chock on **** in hell just rihtside to Jonathan Liebesman..

Was that really necessary? What the hell is with all the death threats towards these people? Look they're not my first choice for the movie but I'm not going to wish death upon them. And Fox actually looks pretty modest from the pictures I've seen.
