well the characters weren't made up. they were just not in the show. In fact it seems the only other characters besides the TMNT, April, Splinter, Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady and Krang that appeared during the Red Sky eps were Rat King and Casey Jones, without introducing any more toy characters. I mean, all of the 'new guys' like Slash, Muckman, Mutagen Man, etc etc etc were all 'made up' before they appeared on the show. Some characters left out off the show from the earlier 'everyone in the toy gets to be in the show days' were Ace Duck (just a cameo, bot an actual character), Pizzaface and Fugitoid.

As for Granitor, in TMNT 3 Manhattan Project, lots of Granitors appear as minor enemies.

no i didnt join just for that, but your right it is popular here, and after seeing others do it so much, at first it kind of annoyed me also, but now i find myself doing the same. i would consider myself more as a traffic director rather than unofficial mod. we cant have too much clutter. i am here to save these forums.

I always wondered if Playmates was a planning on releasing the Neutrino's Star Cruiser (either the blue or red one). I know they made one as the Foot Cruiser, but I wish that they had one for the Neutrino's as well, it could've easily been the same mold.

I had a Zak figure as a kid, and remember myself wishing that he could have a Star Cruiser to fly around in.

Forgive me guys 'cause I don't remember the figures name, but I just recently got a Jammerhead figure that had a horrible card so upon throwing it in the trash, I noticed a figure on the back. He had a weird cloak on and his feet looked like talons. Was that figure ever made? What was it's name?
