I feel the same Powder. Even though I have a 3DS XL and thus no use for it, a small part of me wants one. My boy turns 5 in January and I had planned on giving him one of my old style original 3DS systems (I have two sitting around for various reasons). But maybe I will get him this instead so I can "test it out" for him He is, after all, target age for the system. And in theory, I should be able to get $130 in the aftermarket for one of my original 3DS consoles making it a wash.
