Should Robotic Bebop and Rocksteady have been given a better episode?

I would definitely have loved to see more them. Their in-show designs were cool, but the toys were amazing. Would've been neat if they did an ep where they were upgraded to look more like the action figures, and were set off with Chrome Dome or something and the turtles had to get Rex-1 to help fend them off. A big 'ol brawl. They coulda called it "Robot Rumble".
