True, but usually the audio for those don't sound like a character in-series talking - they're normally 'narrator voice' sounding things, like what all of the series trailers for TMNT initially had last year. The voice in this trailer sounds like someone in-show talking though. That's what's making me think that it's someone in the show, and going off of what we have to go on so far, that it may be Irma.

Again, I and everyone else could easily be wrong though. I at least am not saying that I'm definitely right - a theory is just that, a theory.

No problem with that. It's just that voice doesn't sound like a high school student at all. Especially the way they say mutant lol. I'm all for speculation believe me.

Here's an odd thought- what if that voice belongs to the ice-cream kitty? It was April's pet, and Mikey is supposed to take care of it when it ends up mutated. What if it was just a very young cat, and ends up being able to talk? Just a thought.....

I don't think it can talk XD....in that little clip of ice cream kitty..all he did was meow (very adorably)

There was a clip? Dang, I missed it. And for some reason, my video viewing is hit-or-miss lately, as most sites keep telling me to download and install Adobe Flash- even though I have the latest version installed already!

Try uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Flash. I had that issue once and it seemed to help.

I've done that three times already. Some sites, like you-tube, will eventually load and play, but others simply give me the blank black space where the video should be, no matter how many times I refresh or try a different site. It's getting annoying, as my troubleshooter finds no problems, and it appears completely random. The pc is a TB hard drive and relatively new, and has never given me any major problems with video/graphics, etc. Heck, it runs my games without difficulty, and this problem only recently popped up.
