he actually sayed he liked that the new iteration of toys is slightly its own thing from the show just like the original figures didnt really look exactly like the show...you can hear him say this in michelle ivey's interview with him on cowabunga corner from last year(before show started)

I agree with him I have to say and am glad we are getting both(cartoon acurate and cartoon different ones)this time.this way NOBODY should be complaining....

Ah, Spidey grows on you a bit after he's on display. Thing is, after opening him up ( coz he makes for a rubbish on the wall MIB display ), I decided to just break out all the rest of this set of figures. So I opened up all of my on the wall figures and put them on the shelves. I enjoyed opening them, and I think I made the right decision.
I can't bring myself round to opening any of figure's that ingphave from the previous series tho !!

Since October is next week and the proposed second date range of release of the two new additions ot the classic collection I gotta ask, do we know when within the next month Bebop and Rocksteady will ship? Having only seen the four turtles twice in actual stores I would to get a jump on this and getting a specific date range within the month would greatly help.

Just a quick heads up, a new figure popped up in the computer at work today. No idea who it is, but the name is Biotroid. Any one have any clue who it might be?

Sounds like a good guess to me...Biotroid sounds like a bio based mech...like a gorilla.

I might have figured out the meaning of Biotroid's name. Bio means "life" or "living." Oid means "form." The "tr" probably stands for "transcend." Thus, it might mean "transcend living form", so perhaps it's some king of demon/spirit? Or it could just mean "robot that looks biological," like others have suggested. Maybe it's the advanced Kraang with the butt cannons, or Ms. Campbell? Sine Kraang was a flop I doubt they would do a variant anytime soon.

Hard to tell if you're trolling... I'd guess the TR would stand for transform before transcend, especially if we're going with the theory that it may be the gorilla suit. Like it's a a gorilla android that transforms into a kraang suit or something. Dunno. No use reading too much into it at this point, I guess.
