Yeah, your right but it still be cool if they did that or maybe Slash might go on mission with the others ,while Raph and Casey do something else I like to see the interacts between Slash, Leo, Donnie and Mikey.

I'm pretty sure this is the only interaction Slash is gonna have with Leo, Don, and Mike.

but I could be wrong XD he could indeed be a 5th turtle...at least for an episode...or 2...(I doubt it though)

Has there been some official statement about Slash as a planned good guy? Many of you are already calling him a 5th turtle. Traditionally he's an anti-turtle.

i'm excited to see slash and i'm also excited that feldman will be voicing him. a fifth turtle will change the dynamic for sure, it will be interesting to see exactly how.

My prediction: He'll be unstable, but start out cool with only Raph. Eventually he goes apesh*t and the Turtles have to somehow confront him, and Raphael has to betray Slash's trust. Next appearance, he's all of their enemy (somewhat like Don and Mutagen Man). Later on, he'll become an ally. But he won't be super regular amongst the cast.

Something somesuch. And yeah, Michelangelo will probably rename him at some point in the episode to "Slash" from "Spike." Probably when he slashes something, or somethings.

If Spike was always going to be Slash, though, I wish they would have made Spike a snapping turtle (preferably an alligator snapping turtle, given the shell configuration) rather than just some kind of regular tortoise/box turtle. Otherwise, what is he cross-mutating with to have all those spikes in his shell and such? Tortoises have spikes no more than the red-earred sliders the Turtles mutated from.

I can probably see Slash being a recurring character like Leatherhead only showing up on a few episodes at a time or having a small cameo in some episodes and still have it's focus on the other four thats cool by me. If they make Slash a permanent 5th turtle I just say "okay fine by me" if they can make Leatherhead into a bad ass ally for the turtles with a good back story and personality to the point the viewers were sad and upset when he drag Traang back into dimension x. With the producers saying he will return in season 2 and crowd cheering like crazy at SDCC 2013.They can make Slash a likable 5th turtle they just don't have to show him in action with the other turtles all the time he can be at the lair with Master Splinter.

I know Slash left Dontello with a broken arm and he was quick, stealthy and smart. I really hope they make Slash like his IDW comics incarnation where he is a villain when he first meet the turtles and then later become an ally.

Yeah, Slash was definitely brutal for sure. Man, he really dealt it out to the guys like that. And Donnie had a sprained arm, not a broken one.

Hmmm. Do you suppose it's possible that Slash learned Ninjutsu by watching Raph and his brothers much like the way Splinter did in the Mirage origin?
After all, much of his pov is based on his experiences as Raphael's pet.
