TMNT Smash-Up video game comic (Ubisoft) page 23 - Jim Lawson and Eric Talbot

Aloplex (TMNT) pg 5 - Ross Campbell
This issue was done only in pencil. Ross digitally inked it. I don’t remember if he colored it or someone else.

this next one is without doubt my favorite IDW TMNT cover to date!

Cover IDW TMNT 29 - Ross Campbell

Awesome haul dude! So your the one who grabbed Mark's toning pages... Did you get them on Sunday, thought I saw some of them? I'm envious! Your Campbell cover is sweet too! I almost grabbed one of the Ubisoft pages, Fugitoid looks awesome! Eric's inks are sick!

P.S. I believe M. Martin did the same process for TMNT 16 (OA/ toning page xerox on Duoshade), they aren't available per his FB page post. Guess he sold/ gifted/ traded em...

My jaw just dropped Awesome additions, Plastic! I especially love the Campbell cover! It's such a beautiful piece of art..I can't wait to at least own it as comic cover. The Lawson/Talbot page is badass as well! All in all, amazing stuff!

Wow very very cool man. Those Mark Martin issues were some of my favorites as a kid. In fact 16 was the first Mirage issue I ever read. Awesome stuff!

thanks guys! yeah, i guess the issue 16 stuff was sold off a long time ago. Mark's art is awesome and his stories were very entertaining. there's quite a few fans who dont care for the comics he did, but i have always enjoyed them

the colorized version of 29 is amazing! i plan on buying multiple copies of that issue when it hit's shelves. Ross' cover was definitely the highlight of my haul. talbot's stuff is great too. the toid was one of the reasons i chose that page that was the second time in less than two months that i got to see/talk with eric

i also got a bust sketch from Bill Anderson, i just forgot to take a pic. i'll post it later when i get a chance.

pages 11 and 12 from issue 33 "Turtles Take Time" by the AWESOME Richard Corben!!! i've dreamed of owning some of this art since the day i plucked this issue fresh from the comic rack back in 7th grade. i really lucked out with this rare find!

the opening spread from v1 Tales #7.

pages 1 and 9 from issue 15 "Dome Doom". i always really liked the Dr. Dome character

the Leo flashback penciled by CPWIII in IDW's issue 26

Wow... how much new stuff?! Where did the Corben pages come from? I thought I was lucky to have two of them as well

Actually your two pages directly follow one of mine, so if you ever let them go hah hah...

Thanks
Yeah I personally have never seen Tales art anywhere, so I was pretty excited to score some, especially an opening spread.

A page from one of my favorite comics - the Mikey micro! Its one of my favorite stories. Art from the Mikey issue was one of my top three tmnt wants so I'm super stoked to have it

Actually really impressed it's on 240 duoshade considering the hatching is much more tightly knit than 232 duoshade. Per a couple of the Mirage artists, "it was much harder to get "lighter" tones when using 240. You had to be a true artist with the brush...."

The 2012 TMNT annual was done on 240 duoshade, the toning differences b/w your Mikey page and Kev's annual pages are pretty obvious. Though I'm not really considering whether the mikey page has faded a great deal. Doesn't look like it...

So there you go for added sentiment. Now who's gonna buy the Michaelangelo pinup that's on the bay ATM? haha

hm, interesting. i have noticed some of my toned pages seem darker than others. that would explain it this page is in great condition. it looks fresher than my TMNT vol1 #50 page and that's about a 6 1/2 year difference. thanks.

pffft..not for what they want for it! sure, it's a real beauty and all, but it's not even a full-on E&L. it was penciled by kevin and inked by some other dude not affiliated with Mirage.
