Does April KNOW Don likes her? Probably, but it's never stated so we can't say for certain. Regardless, why are you blaming April for leading him on? She's being a friend to him. Kissing someone ON THE CHEEK does not mean "I want to date you." Kissing someone ON THE LIPS would definitely mean it. Also, she put Don's head in her lap when he was hurt. That was a very motherly/sisterly thing to do. She was taking care of him. Does that mean she wants to be his girlfriend?
