I know! But actually it was a "Stop it", but the fact that she assumed it was Casey first, despite creepy Donnie, could imply other things. As I've said, adoption could be a possibility as well, but you have to consider the Turtles' lifestyle as ninjas and how even bringing a kid into the world could be a dangerous thing. I think a lot of us speculate on this and wish it could happen because we want the guys to be happy, yet there are so many variables of why it may be impossible to have that ideal life that many wish for.

It was at Halloween and they were all dressed up (except for Goliath and Hudson) at Xanatos costume party. The previous Halloween, Elisa was dressed up as Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

I write a pretty healthy Mikey/April pairing in my fics, though I've managed to skirt around the bonking issue because, for one thing, it's too easy (and pretty gross) to write, and I'm more about long conversations and cuddles with girls anyway.

I did ask Mr. Laird why he didn't think turtle/human pairings could work and he said: “Without getting too graphic, I just don’t see how the Turtle and human parts would fit together that well… which is why I think the “alien girlfriend” idea makes a bit more sense.”

The more I think about it, it's probably more likely for them to be solely attract to humans. It's not matter of choice but it's more of a subconscious level and a side effect of being raise ( of what I can only assume) in isolation and not being able interact with any other mutants and only knowing for sure that humans exist. In any case they're more likely be attracted to mutants of mammal variety that look very similar to human women, except maybe Mikey.

Now this doesn't mean they can't fall for reptile mutants but if they had a choice between two girls who both openly attracted to them but one of them looks human and other is reptile with zero mammal traits (no hair, no boobs). They would go for the human. Hell falling for a female turtle of same species would take a lot mental effort because in their head they would look too much like a boy.

Most of their female species and such look pretty much female humanoid anyway. It's not like the Turtles are falling for bizzare monsters that don't resemble humans at all. If he thinks turtle parts won't fit with human female parts... how they hell would they fit with any other female parts??? Are the Regeneta a lot bigger on the inside than they look on the outside?

As for the radioactive aspect... in that case... they wouldn't even be able to impregnate Venus if they wanted.

I believe Zarius was referring to her "We Are Shadows" tale, and yes, it's true. I've read it, and it's mostly fluffy, even between the Mikey/April pairing. Nothing graphic or even hinting at physical intimacy of the sexual kind in it. For that matter, so are most of her fics!

Now, MINE on the other hand, does go into some rather curious and deep territory in this respect, with Mikey and an OC of mine. However, the main plot of the story revolves around their INABILITY to have a physical relationship. (Not to mention his brothers' being against the match, for that very reason.) I did a fair amount of research into (and some logical reasoning) the subject of turtle mating/reproduction, and how it would apply to them. The resulting head-canon was that they would at the very least be too different genetically to produce offspring, especially considering the cold-bloodedness and hatching from eggs as primary factors. The second major issue (in head-canon) was size differences. Proportionately speaking, a male turtle is FAR more endowed than any human, which would probably cause pain and damage to his human partner.

Or not, because of all the weird spiritualism, astral projection, dream worlds, etc. the two get into.

That's why I said that one actually makes more sense than Raph and Ninjara.

Although for all of these, we're assuming hey need natural penetration, which, sh*t, not even all human couples can do or want to do that. There are plenty of options.

I don't want to spend too much more time pondering this. But if a version wants to go out of the way to say the Turtles can, as sentient, humanoid species, be attracted to other sentient, humanoid species, then, sure -- go for it. The practicalities of their intercourse aren't going to be a hold-up.
