And this was right around the time Dominic Catrambone came to record the role. I don't find that to be a coincidence.

I didn't hear about either of those incidents, so I assumed people stopped making a fuss about him...

Still, though. He's caught flack so many times, I don't see why the camel's back would break now. It's possible, though.

I'm kinda glad we are getting Seth to play Leo.......I know Dom is trying his hardest to imitate Biggs....but he didn't sound right in the latest episode...(like there was a lack of emotion or something)

I don't know enough about the stuff Seth Green has said, but I cannot recall it reaching this level or it even being reported in the press.

Watch a few episodes of Robot Chicken. Hardly PG material.

I think Seth will do a fine job, it's just going to take some time to get used to. I am a huge fan of the work Biggs did and will miss him as Leo.

I hate that a change had to be made.

Bit gutted about this, I liked Biggs' Leo. That said as long as Seth does a good job I'll be happy. Not the first time this has happened in animation and won't be the last. I just hope it was his choice and he wasn't fired. His personal Twitter is just that, personal. When I was a kid I didn't know or care who voiced the TMNT, I know that's changed a bit with the internet but I like to think most kids would still be the same today.

I'm very well aware of Robot Chicken and its material. However, I cannot recall it mocking people who have tragically died or Green saying any similar things that Biggs has said.

Whaaaa?? Wow. Well that was a cold bucket of water dumped over speculation... Guess a lot of people's feeling that something was coming was right on though.

I'm late to the party of course so I'm sure it's been said many times already, but what about the guy who's already done a couple episodes?? Maybe he's permanently a stand-in only and not stepping into the role? Odd.

Runs to YouTube to remind self what he sounds like... He could work, I hope. Seth seems ok as a person, not that I know that much about him. At the very least someone maybe more deserving to play Leo.

Damn you Biggs. Sad to lose his voice in it, but not to lose his involvement as a person. Don't let the lair door hit ya on the way out...

Even if they don't reference puberty in the show, I'm pretty sure that we're all going to headcanon it that way anyway!

Well I'm excited about this - although it's been established that I have a terrible ear for picking VA changes. It's a testament to Biggs' VA performance that he actually made me forget that he was doing Leo's voice - but I am happy to have someone potentially a bit more gracious towards the fans being cast. I'm sure that Green will do a wonderful job.

Kudos to Dom for stepping in to bridge the gap; I know some folks didn't care for his performance but it can't have been easy getting called in on short notice like that.

Can I also just say that I'd give my eye teeth for them to get Mark Hamill in for a voice sometime in the future... I wouldn't care who, I just think he's brilliant.
