Ask him is it true season 4 is only 20 episodes.

Well that link which has all the info about Seth etc. has been posted on his wall by cast and crew quite a few times. I assume he's read it and would've pointed out in comments if anything was incorrect. Or possibly Ciro would've linked it to his own wall and had a mini rant. He does love his little rants.

Fans of Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can expect to see newly reimagined original and franchise characters and villains, and an ooze of guest stars including Danny Trejo, J.B. Smoove, Fred Tatasciore, Jon Heder, Robert Englund and Renae Jacobs in new episodes of season two and three. Roseanne Barr will reprise her role as Kraang Prime.

Napoleon Dynamite and '87 April.

Not a fan of Napoleon Dynamite, so I'm not really sure about Jon Heder's role. But I am excited to hear what Robert Englund will do for the show even if I'm not a big horror movie fan like many of you guys. Also stoked for Seth Green as Leo. He'll do a great job.

The only reason DC and Marvel end their shows at 65 episodes is because they constantly want to make reboots and rebrand stuff. TMNT cartoons go on for 7 seasons+ because they have no reason to end it so soon.
Your optimism is nice to have CyberCubed, but like snake mentioned earlier CyberCubed, you have no proof that it will last 7+ seasons, and "successful" is a relative term as Nick TMNT is consistently around 4th place in Nick's roster. Besides, you think Nick or anyone in the production staff would admit if the show is having lukewarm success? The only reports we heard about TMNT's success is from the company itself rather than an unbiased, independent source.

Nick won't care if it's TMNT or not if the ratings/viewership steady declines further and further, they'll cancel the series, that's show business CyberCubed. The Next Mutation is proof that having TMNT on its name alone doesn't ensure longevity for a series.

The show is doing well. Unless ratings plummet in Season 3 for some reason we should have years to come.

They air that show like, what...once every 2-3 months? I doubt it. Probably something stupid like Sanjay and Craig.

According to the first quarter of 2014: http://www.nickandmore.com/2014/04/0...-quarter-2014/

1. SpongeBob SquarePants
2. Sanjay & Craig
3. Breadwinners
4. Rabbids Invasion
5. TMNT

This May it jumped to second place: http://www.nickandmore.com/2014/05/2...gs-highlights/

1. SpongeBob Squarepants
2. TMNT
3. Sanjay and Craig

What's even worse is that throughout 2013, Nick TMNT couldn't even make it to Nick's Top 50 most watched program list for 2013:
http://www.nickandmore.com/2013/12/2...grams-of-2013/ Even after all the Spongebob episodes are removed, Nick TMNT finally shows up in 10th place! ...Then 19th, then 23rd, then 24th...

And to top that disappointment off when comparing Nickelodeon to its competition, Disney has been beating Nickelodeon overall for some time now:
http://www.thefutoncritic.com/rating...40311disney01/

While Spongebob is a formidable series in terms of popularity, my response was more in-line with CyberCubed's wish of having 200 episodes and having 7+ seasons for Nick, which is a big request considering this TMNT version hasn't quite took off as quickly at the OT did, which permitted it to have 193 episodes and 10 seasons. This massive OT feat was because of the OT being #1 for an unprecedented 5 straight years (according to the back of the classic figures box), and seemingly saved CBS from its struggling years after acquiring it for a year according to the Baltimore Sun (where one doesn't hear this same type of dramatic celebratory tone with Nickelodeon's TMNT though):

Quote:
Kids are a volatile audience who can quickly shift allegiances and discover new heroes. NBC found that out with "The Smurfs." CBS was struggling a couple of years ago, but the huge success of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" boosted its lineup to the top of the kiddie ratings charts.
So when CyberCubed was hoping for those lofty dreams of 200 episodes and 7+ seasons when Nick TMNT hasn't been really dominating over the cartoon ratings overall, or even Nickelodeon's line up for that matter, Nick TMNT certainly has its work cut out for it, if they want to satisfy CyberCubed's wishes, and if the company wants Turtlemania success and longevity.

Sometimes we forget that the OT wasn't just "hugely popular", it was dominating force over other cartoons at that time that competitors and the mainstream media had to reckon with, which explains the many parodies and imitations of anthropomorphic animal shows during its presence.

Huh, so Pigeon Pete made appearance in the IDW comic.

Ya know, if you were going to told me that character that debuted in this iteration of the show was going to make appearance there, I wouldn't have expected the Pigeon Pete

Maybe the frogs are making a comeback and Jon Heder is Napoleon Bonafrog.

The irony would be too sweet.

Its not really a spoiler, hes a minor character who makes appearance by third page and doesn't really do anything to do with main thing that happens in the issue that I didn't mention Issue isn't even about him, he just makes an appearance.

It is stil doing beter than 2K3 show but not as good as OT show. 2K3 show in season was not as popular as Nick tmnt is. But it still manged to have 7 seasons and 150+ episodes. Now as we can see if a a less popular show (2k3) managed to have 7 seasons why a more popular show(nick) could not do it? And even when it ends someone will make another show .

There's also another clip on Nick.com.

For those of you that can't see the Nick.com one, both clips are from different points in the same scene. So one shows them prior Raph and the Krang brain switch and then the other shows the switch take place and a 20 second aftermath.
