As I was looking at those, I noticed there was a section on the other side w/ the regular figs (Kirby Bat, Mutagen Man, etc), but I started digging to the back of each row and found 1-2 of each of the new wave. Somebody hid them well!
That was actually how the figures were displayed on these cubes, always the last few in each row. I have seen two of these displays. Though for me, on first inspection, I did not see Splinter.

I must have lucked out. They had at least 2 of each, maybe 3 of Rahzar if I remember correctly.

One out of two of Walmarts that I knew had them has had there display almost completely wiped out; the roleplay weapons had two left, 10 nick figures left on the display, Raph completley gone on the movie figure side with multiples of everything (some were bought but not empty) except foot soldiers (I bought them earlier), the ones with action movements were fully stocked still, and the 11 inch figures were still there except for the raph and Mikey I had bought earlier.

Kids are still going after the turtles apparently. This store also has had the rep of selling these figures the fastest.

Just been over to the PM site.
Top line is now the LARP Turtles. All looking quite interesting.
Also, the second from top line has four figures that I haven't got yet!!!
Arghhh!! 8 figures behind ( not counting the movie. Haha).
Getting very keen on getting these figures whilst I re watch the first seasons of the different shows .

As we all have been stating for the past 6 months, Playmates have no marketing sense, or sense whatsoever.

Yeah it's pretty pathetic. Look at Hasbro... they have an online store and they keep it well stocked. Yes items will sell out but they restock them every so often.

So it looks like the TMNT Pre Cool line should be hitting soon (around Aug/Sept I'm guessing). The retail price for 2 packs/turtle & accesory is going to be around 6.97 or so. Besides what we saw at toy fair, other packs will have Baxter Fly/Slash, Tiger Claw/Newtralizer, & Rat King/Squirrelnoid. I'll post more info in a bit (still at work).

Toys R us has now joined Target and Walmart at listing Razhar and Slash on their sites and saying Not available online sold in stores. That is so annoying if you don't have it don't list it on your site.

Do we know the price on those evolution packs?

If they want $20 they can keep it.

If it's 14.99 that's a lot better and I'll consider it

don't read too much into that. usually just means there is no stock for online ordering AT THE MOMENT not that they won't carry it online.

Ran across the evolution set on eBay (edit: Raph set) with non-stock photos. Kid one still curiously labeled "teen"... Why not "kid" if they're truly supposedly still teens in the movie? Looks like a 10-year-old anyhow. (With a face only a mother could love. Wait... :\ )

And then the items sell out in minutes. I bet if Hasbro ran a personal store with all their products, they still wouldn't keep it well stocked. At least Playmates gets their toys on shelves.
