Well, as some were concerned about it, at least the Turtle Van maintains consistency. They look like they barely fit in it. It looks tiny with them huddled in.

i dont know why, but I kinda like the fact, they seemed a little squished. but then again, im over 200+lbs, and drive a small Scion Xa, so maybe its just that.

I'm glad the marketing has gotten better (the huge posters, art, and trailers). I can't understand how some people are still so strongly against this movie. The marketing is awesome, the CGI is great, and so are the jokes and characters. I'm hoping this movie does well because some people are still misinformed that the turtles are aliens and they strongly believe their childhood shouldn't be ruined (such a pathetic argument, IMO).

Marketing is ramping up. They're showing some great scenes, with some genuinely funny lines and good character moments, and yes, the CGI does really look fantastic (although I've read on other sites people saying otherwise...not sure what they're seeing though. I haven't seen a weak CGI shot in any trailers or spots yet).

Some people are just purists. Some people just don't like the designs (or aspects of). Some people just have a hate-on for all things Bay related. Some people are Anti-Fox. Some people just don't like what they've seen. And there's nothing wrong with any of of that.

I am hyped though. My son is hyped. I will probably being going to a Midnight showing with some friends. And will for sure be taking the wife and son on the Saturday. My son is so used to watching things he loves over and over and over (and over) that I may even be persuaded to see it again on the Sunday if he asks.

Well just to give you my personal thoughts the cg is the only thing that I truly want corrected that's it everything else is superb but Leo going from a Beak to a snout and then beak again is weird same with the rest of the turtles they are missing a few details here and there overall it's looking good I'm definitely going to be there opening night

Much better detail the skin the scars everything Donnie with a beak is not final rendering or at least I don't think so but whatever I need to see this Bad

But yeeah, I've noticed a few inconsistancies here and there as far as the design and details go. I'm chalking that up to them not being totally finished. But still, the realism they've achieved...

I've said this before, but I was always afraid we'd get Scooby-Doo/Yogi Bear Turtles if they went CG. I'm glad they went Avenger's Hulk/New Apes with them.

People forget this is a VFX movie with four photo real CGI lead characters. it's gonna take a little time and you can bet this movie is going to come down to the wire.

But bit by bit I can see that ILM polish.
