I just want it to be over and done with already but it's getting more and more dragged out with April flirting with Casey, then sending out mixed messages to Donnie.

I'm not so much bothered about love interests, but I think introducing one just for the sake of bringing the tweenies to the fanbase is ridiculous. I mean it does absolutely NOTHING to enhance any of the involved characters.

When Casey and April are together in previous versions, to me that works, because we get to see them bouncing off each other and arguing and working together.

Here it's a mishmash of not really anything definitive happening show-wise and to be honest, I feel it undermines April's worth as a character.

When Karai flirted with Leo initially, it brought something to the table. Because you could never work out if she was for real, or just using him to get to Splinter.
