Hmm I dunno, I don't see them as sexual things.. but I guess others might beg to differ. Whatever rocks your boat and not harming others while at it.

It's just hilarious to me to see Raph's underpants, so it's all good.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with the Turtles wearing Pants, Its just implying that they have private parts.

Besides, If there were real Ninja Turtles, They be wearing clothing too, if there parts were showing.

This is something the animated series can get away with, The Turtles are not anatomically correct, Which is why they can run around naked and nobody even notice anything.

Questionable choices are questionable.

They only have junk to cover up if some studio suit decided that they do. The rest came way later. These people have way too much cocaine and free time, coming up with answers to questions no sane person ever asked.

One of the reasons humans wear clothing is to cover private parts and the fact that they wear clothes suggests the need to cover. Despite them always being wearing nothing. Mirage they always had nothing on ( including their masks) when they were home, so what clothing had is only ninja gear. For Fred Wolf they always ( with exception to their disguises) wore their mask mostly so we can tell apart without their weapons. Not really sure about 4Kids but for the Nick series it seems like people were really excited for them to show Donatello and Michelangelo mask-less. Something unusually naughty. A missing cloth and some belts can a significance difference.

This turtles having more human-like faces works as benefit for the actors to emote through facial expressions which could help their overall performance. Which makes me think they plan on some more emotional scenes.

To me they’re a tad too big for my liking and they’re kinda ugly in the face area and but that’s mostly from the uncanny valley look they have. Human like lips and eyes. The plaster also resemble a muscular man’s chest.

This all comes together with Megan Fox saying that her first crush was on Michelangelo that want to see them like that and promotion with # Team Raphael, # Team Donatello,etc resembles Twilight thing.

I feel very insane for coming to this conclusion. Would someone prove me wrong because I rather be wrong.

In the 2k3 toon, there was a funny stint where somehow Raph and Casey Jones ended up butt ass naked on an island. Raph looks totally surprised, no bandana, pads or belt, and Casey is hiding behind the bushes!
