Just wondering since it looks like these will be on Fridays. And as it turns out, upcoming surgery I'd mentioned in another thread yesterday that was still unscheduled has now unfortunately been scheduled for Friday the 19th and staying overnight...

I assume it would prob air in the evening, but really don't want to have to miss that one and have that gap in what's going on since this show isn't always the easiest to catch in repeat and I don't have a way to record it. Just hoping the hospital room gets Nick. That's gonna be odd...

The Emmys were tonight.

Sadly, TMNT's Manhatten Project lost out on their "Outstanding Animated Program" nomination to Bob's Burgers.

Oh well. Ciro and company did a great job on the episode and have nothing to be ashamed of. It's awesome to see Ninja Turtles exposure mainstream that's regarding something on good note.

Not sure if you guys saw but the episode descriptions have been put up for the next three episodes. Our previous thoughts on what the Chinatown episode was about were wrong.

A Chinatown Ghost Story:
"Donnie becomes increasingly jealous of April and Casey's relationship; April is kidnapped by an evil spirit who intends to drain her powers."

Into Dimension X!
"When the Turtles go to the bizarre realm of Dimension X, Mikey is the only one who can figure the place out."

The Invasion Part 1
"Leo and Donnie disagree about their plan to stop the Kraang invasion; Donnie must step up as a leader when Leo makes a mistake and is separated from the team."

The turtles will have a turtle van in future and it will have a graffiti on a door of the van. It's can be possibly a reference to a character from Ninja Turtles Next Mutation life action series. So I think where the characters took the inspiration from with the painting? Is it an inspiration from regular, known-to-us female characters or some wierd combination of them, of their traits: April, Karai, Tang Shen. Or they didn't make that painting, it was a request and was puted on like a sticker. The "Venus" girl can be fictional in their universe or be a real girl or a model. She can have a (nick)name related to a turtle. The model, character could have been their favourite. Or behind the picture there was going a contest on a theme of animals, much like in "american's next top model" show.

The first two had been posted but not the invasion info. I'm getting more and more anxious for these episodes! At least we now know what's going to cause Leo and Donnie's dispute...how to deal with the Kraang.

I think that's the only part of the argument that they are going to let us know about. I feel there would be more to it then that.

But then again all we know is when Donnie revealed that sketch of the Turtle Mech, Mikey was the only one who seemed for it, all the others we don't know what their thoughts were. Though it is likely that Leo might not be as open to as the others since he has proven that he has a narrow minded view when it comes to Donnie's inventions.

Wonder if we will get another April wake up scene in Chinatown Ghost Story with her customary line of "uhhhhh, where am I?" lol

Not to mention no sign of how she was knocked out to begin with. This has happened like three times in the series.

well it was snowing in the trailer so maybe it's early winter late fall.

Eh, ya never know. At SDCC Ciro basically said he couldn't talk about the remaining episodes at all without spoiling the whole shibang, so maybe there's some crazy thing hinging on Karai that he would have given away. Only time will tell. I definitely don't wanna see her mutation drag out into the next season. Blech.

im all for more karai, but honestly, she had quite a bit of focus recently. a major part in atleast 4 episode i can think of during the second half and atleast 3 or 4 during the first half.

all im hoping for is some little teaser/hint of her. like at the end of the season finale, show her slithering out to the woods behind the van, living in the abandoned lair, kidnapping stockman, etc. just some small thing to let us know whats going on with her

You know, in all honesty, I think there will be some Karai stuff coming up. Ciro couldn't give away everything. I couldn't see it not including a teaser of Karai at some point.

LOL First fandom complains about the 2003 series being too Leo focused, now this ones too Donnish.

Meh, at least we get a lot of both Leo and Donnie.

Though I was a major fan of the 2003 series.

Did spoilers of season three say April was going to be apart of the group next season? If so, don't count on it

I just hope the last season focuses on Shredder / Karai / Leo plot.

I still don't get why people complain about the Donnie April thing. It's been toned down a lot since season 1...but that's why it hasn't bugged me. Same with the "triangle". It hasn't really been focused on at all, guess the writers just wanted to hurry up and get it out of the way with the upcoming ep before having to flee.
