New Smash Bros for 3ds and Wii U

I can't believe people are still whining about the meaningless cuts. People get so sickeningly attached to characters in Smash that it's pretty pathetic.

Like I said before, Lucas was the closest thing to a "main" I had in Brawl. He was my best/most played character by an incredible amount. Yet, if he's cut I don't care. Why is it that I can be OK with losing my favourite character and still be incredibly hyped for Smash 4 and the new additions? Why are people seriously lamenting the loss of WOLF? Or even Ice Climbers? Why? I don't get the obsession with "veteran status" people have for these stupid characters. And I played a lot of Ice Climbers in Melee and Brawl! Why is it such a big deal!? It's a roster of nearly 50 characters, but a few cuts and a lack of inclusions kill the game for people? Are they 5? Are they autistic like CyberCubed and totally unable to detach themselves from sh*t like this? I don't get it.
