Exactly where I'm at with the frogs. Never heard anything of them, don't know what they're supposed to be, but I don't really think I'll care for them? But maybe they're supposed to be like that?

I'm very curious about their take on the Punk Frogs. I liked them in the OT ok. They were from the swamps in Florida though, iirc. I remember one of the OT eps where all the turtles were off doing their own thing. Pretty sure it was that Renaissance Turtle ep about Leo. I forget where Donny was, but Raph and Mikey were in Florida vacationing and hanging with the Punk Frogs.

I will give Ciro and the staff this...at least they look like real frogs.

I really don't care for the designs of the frogs. Its gotten to the point where most of these old characters they bring back barely resemble their old counterparts and feel like new characters entirely. Aside from their names, there's nothing similar between them and the old characters.

If General Traag was called, "Giant rock face stone guy" nobody would have thought of him as Traag. These frogs look nothing like the Punk Frogs.

Nope, they look like real frogs. I'm also going to assume they won't be portrayed as country bumpkins like in the original.

There's nothing wrong with having another take on characters. It's interesting. I like this incarnation's take on Leatherhead...so so with Slash, but it works.

Sucks Slash can't appear more, but I blame that on Corey Feldman voicing him.

I'm lukewarm on Traag and Granitor. Wish there would've been more to both.

Someone on Tumblr thinks that Raph is inside Creep

was rewatching the clip a few times and starting to think that casey somehow fell in the mutagen-filled grass/vines, creep was swinging that pitchfork almost like a hockey stick

We already have Donnie feeling guilty over Leo.

April feels guilty over the Irma stuff and Splinter.

Leo may hurt Raph and feel guilty over that.

Raph may feel guilty for not being able to help Casey?

Got nothing for Casey and Mikey.

Anyway, for the turtles, it may play a role in their vision quests.

Can you at least just Kill Raphael off (with perhaps some bit of Dignity/Last & Worthy Heroics) if you're not going to use him or do anything with him that is at all worth a Crap?

Cause all you're doing is making him either Useless, a Pansy, or a Bully.

Because this is even richer and there are no excuses that folks here can come up with this BS.

Leo gets brutally attacked and beaten up, Raph barely had scratches or battles...and yet Leo has to stand up and save him?

Great job writers for making Raphael seem even more of a Gigantic Pussy! Bravo!

Even Mikey was able to fend for himself when he was by himself in Dimension X.

In this show though? Raphael is just being turned into a Gigantic, Useless, and ultimately Pointless Wuss. And I don't really see how anyone could argue that.
