Ok, so I guess going by that video it prob was lips... Although imo looks like it was also playing to her sympathy a bit. So yeah, understand nothing.

Nick version doesn't much even have lips, not compared to the movie now. lol

Either way, both would work well in this scenario.

I personal think it was a kiss on the lips. this is the third time she has kissed him, so why this time do they cut away when she does so. cause she kisses him on the lips. also the other times she hugs him, wraps her arms around his neck first. this time she takes hold of the strap for his bow staff. she acts in a different way, it is cut in a different way. all of which make me think that is was a kiss on the lips. a different kind of kiss than they have had before.

You can tell from those pics its on the cheek. The clunky CG models of their heads makes it difficult to tell for some.

I felt that way when I first saw the storyboard. With that set up, it was coming across as very romantic and there is the fact that April kissed him. Cheek or lips, it still doesn't change the romantic tone to the scene in general given what she said to him.

If she's doing this and clearly doesn't have "those kinds of feelings" for him, yes, I will definitely see it as leading him on. With this, it comes across that she does, but maybe saying to wait things out. I dunno.

I wish that last episode, that Casey and April could've finished their conversation before the Creep interrupted (but personally, I was always under the impression that she wasn't into Casey in "that way"). So yeah, like I was saying, I was never under the impression that she was into Casey in "that way". Why else would she have had Irma tag along on their so-called "dates". I always felt that Casey was the third wheel in those situations, not Irma, which is why the sudden show of affection in the Invasion felt off and forced on her part to me. I had no problem with her showing concern. He's her friend and I wouldn't expect anything less, however, it's what she was saying that felt awkward to me, but I digress.

For this recent episode, I wish Donnie could've gone to her and directly asked her what she truly meant and why she kissed him in such a way, but I'm sure this is going to just stew on the backburner and be left unresolved until the plot calls for it again.

I don't feel April is badly written, but I do find her to be a bland character because I still feel I don't know enough about her, but like the fact that she's an artist, a good one. I'm looking forward to the next episode, as I hope to learn more about April and finally something about her mother after all this time.

I'm pretty neutral on this shipping stuff, but I am curious about where it's possibly going.

It could be misconstrued that way...if she doesn't have "romantic" feelings for him. That kiss was a serious one and the tone was romantic. If she kisses him in such a way with no intention of it going anyplace, I could see it as leading him on because she had no romantic intentions.

I know that we can be confusing as teenagers, but this one is very baffling.

Still, to me, she is coming across as liking him.
